Subscription, Auto-Renewal, Cancellation & Refund Terms

1. Plans and prices (USD)

• Monthly: $9.99/month.
• Annual: $69.99/year (approx $5.83/month; ~42% off the monthly rate).
• Founder rate (limited): the first ~500 subscribers pay $7.99/month, locked for life while the subscription stays active.

Prices are in USD; applicable taxes may be added at checkout. We will honor the price shown at purchase for its billing term.

2. Free trial (cardless)

New accounts receive 3 days of full access with no credit card required — see the Trial Disclosure for details. No payment is collected during the trial and nothing is charged if you do not subscribe.

3. Auto-renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing term (monthly or annual) at the then-current price for your plan, unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize the recurring charge when you subscribe. We will send a renewal reminder before annual renewals (and where required by law, before monthly renewals).

4. Cancellation

Cancel anytime from Account → Billing (self-serve, effective immediately for future renewals). Cancellation stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the current paid term. If you cancel during the free trial, access simply ends — no charge. Deleting your account also cancels the subscription; see the Privacy Policy for data handling.

5. Refunds

• Monthly plans: cancel anytime; no partial-month refunds, access continues to term end.
• Annual plans: full refund within the first 14 days of the initial purchase; after that, no pro-rated refunds, access continues to term end.
• EU/UK consumers: you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. If you request immediate access during that period, you acknowledge the service begins at once and you may owe a proportionate amount for use — [TO BE CONFIRMED with counsel; exact withdrawal mechanics must be finalized before launch.]
• Failed or duplicate charges: contact support@[placeholder-domain] and we will correct them.

6. Price changes

If we change prices, we will notify you in advance (at least 30 days) and the new price applies from your next renewal. You may cancel before it takes effect. Founder-rate subscribers keep $7.99/month for life while continuously subscribed.

7. Payment failures

If a renewal payment fails, we will retry and notify you. Access may be suspended after a grace period until payment succeeds. We may cancel long-past-due subscriptions.
