1. Who we are

2. What we collect

  • Account data: email address and account credentials (handled via our authentication provider). We do not see your password.
  • Study data: your progress, quiz scores, exercise history, review schedule, preferences, and content you upload (e.g., past exams you convert into quizzes).
  • Technical data: device type, browser, approximate usage logs needed for security and debugging.

Our analytics are designed to be cookie-less; we do not use third-party tracking cookies or cross-site advertising trackers.

3. Why we use it (legal bases, EU/GDPR)

  • Contract: to provide the study service you signed up for (account, progress sync, trial and subscription management).
  • Legitimate interests: security, fraud/abuse prevention, service reliability, and product improvement using aggregated, non-identifying analytics.
  • Consent: where required (e.g., optional communications). You may withdraw consent at any time.

4. What we do NOT do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share study content with advertisers. We do not use your data to train third-party models.

5. Your rights

6. Data retention
